Tasting Notes:

Our Spanish Hojiblanca is floral with a green almond center and notes of melon. The lingering szechuan peppercorn sensation is indicative of the high phenol content. Our greenest oil with high fruitiness scores.  Always awarded!

Officially, international olive oil standards do not list any requirements for color, but this oil has an intense green color that comes from the early harvest Hojiblanca olives and it is a sight to see!

Nice for a little more intensity

We like to have this oil around to kick up the flavor intensity a notch or two for salads and other dishes. As mentioned in previous posts this is a great oil for a little finishing drizzle.

Better than supermarket oils

I received the Spanish Hojiblanca olive oil a couple of weeks ago. At first glance, taste and smell it was hard to believe what i experienced. It has a beautiful vibrant green color, it smells like the happiest fesh fruit with intervals of distinctly versatile character. I tried it again the next day and discovered that i wasn't dreaming. It is in deed special, exotic and enchanting. If i was told that it was cultivated and harvested in another galaxy i might believe it. Its naturally amazing! It hits the highest notes of great fresh oil and then some.
