Not crazy about this

I love trying new vinegars and many of your(balsamic) are simply divine. The Pinot noir however is not up to your standards. It’s tooo tart and slightly sour. I was hoping for deep and delicious

Hi Vicki, thanks for the honest review. The Pinot Noir vinegar is a wine vinegar and not a balsamic, so it is going to be much more tart and sour than either the white or dark balsamics. I actually eat it on salads all the time!
