This is my go to vinegar to pair with garlic olive oil for dressing, marinade or drizzling. We have just completely stopped buying salad dressing. This just bursts with flavor and we use a lot less to get the favor into our salads!

Pleasantly surprised
Not usually a fan of herbed anything but gave it a try as different from other vinegars I have seen or tasted. So glad I did. Will be buying a larger bottle next time.
One dish I made with it was brussel sprouts, shredded, blackened with pepper and fried in the Neapolitan Herb vinegar which added flavor and caramelized the brussel sprouts.
