Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian lime olive oil.

This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Love it!!!!

The blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar is hands down my favorite! I can't live without this stuff. It is amazing on pork chops, as a salad dressing, and on ice cream weirdly enough.

Delicious with fresh blackberries and pears!

We grow lettuce so we have at least one salad with dinner. I like to add fresh blackberries and chopped pears, avocado and pistachio nuts to our lettuce. I then drizzle the blackberry vinegar and orange olive oil before tossing. Very refreshing!

Very tasty

This is a very tasty produce. I find it especially good and unique on vanilla ice cream, I know it sounds strange but a couple of tablespoons over a bowl is great.
