I absolutely loved these olives the first time I had them. Less salty than most and just a hint of rosemary and garlic. However, maybe it was the batch, but the saltiness of this jar of olives was definitely more salty than the first jar I enjoyed in North Carolina. Wondered if these had been on the shelf longer, which might’ve drawn the sodium back into the olive? I don’t know, but the jar is pretty and can be reused and the olives are ‘near great’.
