This Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is rich, thick and resounds with the complexity of three different chocolates responsible for the depth of its’ flavor. Drizzle over vanilla gelato, mix with fresh berries. Combine with any of the spicy olive oils to add zing to your chicken mole sauce.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Olive Oil Pairing Recommendations: Blood Orange, Chipotle, Red Cayenne Chili, Baklouti Green Chili, Harissa, Basil, Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Roasted Walnut

Great on ice cream!

We love to serve this balsamic over vanilla or chocolate ice cream with maybe s splash of espresso balsamic and a little kahlua and brandy over the top. Great dessert for company! You can also add a little grated dark chocolate over the top of everything ❤️.

When I tell people about flavored Balsamic Vinegar they think I’m crazy. But the flavors that you can choose from for your ice cream are great. My friends taste it and say that is so good.

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

This was my first trip to the Olive Basket and I was amazed at the variety of vinegars. I tasted several and decided, with some apprehension, to go with the Dark Chocolate Balsamic. The suggested use was with fruit. I have tried this vinegar with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and whipped cream. I am addicted and have this every night. It has the taste and aroma of dark chocolate with just enough vinegar "bite" to bring out the sweetness of the fruit. It gives fruit an elevation to make it the perfect refreshing, light dessert. I highly recommend the Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar for any chocolate lover!
