What does fulfillment mean?

2 weeks after ordering and 1 week after my mother's birthday, her gift has not arrived.

Hi David, did you let us know the order had not arrived? I just checked it and although we shipped the package the day after you ordered, it appears to be stuck in the USPS system. I am happy to issue a refund or send another package, whichever is best for you.

Gift arrived in perfect conditions

I placed a regular order plus one specialty oil as a gift. It arrived perfectly wrapped including the message card. It was easy to just take with me and deliver the gift. Thank you as always

Typically when one orders 4 jars but one gift wrapping, I expected it to be just that: one jar gift wrapped and the others not. That being said the entire box that came was gift wrapped and it was shotty work as well since the box was huge. Although, I can appreciate the effort just not what I ordered. Nevertheless everyone got their olives.
