We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an aged pure Maple Balsamic Vinegar, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This Maple balsamic vinegar is outrageously good. Think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and on, and on. Drizzle with Walnut or Butter olive oils and drizzle on pancakes or waffles. Add to baked beans or barbeque sauce.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

I was unsure how this flavor would be, but after tasting this in store, I knew I had to have it. It makes the most wonderful topping for roasted Brussels sprouts and pork tenderloin, enhances salad dressings, and is delicious drizzled over ice cream/yogurt!
I will go through this bottle quickly as I have found that the flavor and texture adds something special to numerous dishes!

This brought me to the Olive Basket

I had a Vermont Maple balsamic that I ran out of, so when I searched the internet for a replacement, I found the Olive Basket. I love this vinegar in the fall on roasted brussel sprouts and butternut squash. It is just warm and comforting when the winds start to blow and it is just a little chilly. yum!
