With an acidity of 6%, our Organic Red Wine Vinegar is blended from the finest Italian red wines, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, both of which are made from the highest quality grape varieties grown in Italy. It’s then aged slowly for more than ten years in white Italian oak barrels, without added sulfites, producing a full-bodied vinegar with exceptional flavor. The wine is converted to vinegar using a slow, natural fermentation. The finished product is a premium, natural, barrel-aged vinegar with a robust flavor.

Unbelievably Delicious

This is, hands down, the BEST red wine vinegar I've ever tasted! I use it with so many differnt foods - chicken, roasted or sautéed vegetables, soups, pasta, caprese, and anything else it pairs well with. I recommend it very highly! I need to refill soon!

I stocked up on all my necessary infused olive oils and balsamics. I got the Black Mission Fig, Lavender and Cara-Cara/Vanilla Balsamic Vinegars and my favorite Tuscan Herb Olive Oil along with some other items, like the Organic Red Wine Vinegar. Perfect for my salad dressings! And the price is reasonable too. The Customer Service was what sealed the deal with me. Honest, prompt information responding to my questions via email. I’ll definitely be ordering from Olive Basket again when I need more.
