Both sour and tart, our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar is the result of adding natural essence of strawberry to our balsamic vinegar. Use as a vinegar, or try as a condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medley’s or super premium vanilla ice cream. Reduce to use as a syrup on waffles, pancakes or French toast.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Olive Oil Pairing Recommendations: Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange, Eureka Lemon, Basil, Harissa, Chipotle, Red Cayenne Chili, Persian Lime

Strawberry balsamic spinach salad, with a drizzle of this vinegar with a few slivers of basil, and your taste buds will sing! Lovely simple salad that stands out!

Better

Balsamic vinegar is good; strawberry bv is better , blueberry BV is best! This strawberry though better has a mild flavor and is great on sandwiches or salads, blueberry is the best on spinach warmed in a pan. My opinion of course 😌

Refreshing goodness

I love this on my salads along with the Madagascar Black Pepper Oil. I’m sure there are many other ways to utilize I just need to do a little research. If you like strawberries you’ll love it.

Smell Me!

Wow! Smells like chocolate covered strawberries. Cant wait to mix this up in a dressing. Pair it with espresso balsamic, too.

Great on a salad w/ berries and orange olive oil!

I make a salad every night with some fruit, mixed greens, avocado and nuts. I love to use mixed berries with this and dark chocolate balsamic w/ a splash of orange olive oil. We consider it our dessert 😉.
