Bianco Rosso Organic Cherry Tomato Sauce

I have literally perfected making this pasta recipe with this sauce. Only fresh pasta made with local farm raised eggs with Italian heirloom flour. I use the pasta water to TLC the pasta with the sauce and there is nothing but noodle thoroughly coated with nothing but sauce and nothing extra. Micro planed parmagiano regiano and garden fresh basil to finish. It is heavenly.

Very good tomato sauce! I love that it comes in a glass bottle. I use it to make a tomato vinaigrette salad dressing and it is perfect.
