Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian lime olive oil.

This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

My favorite balsamic vinegar

I have so many flavored vinegars and oils in my pantry but the blackberry ginger is my all time favorite. I absolutely love the taste it gives my salads even using with regular olive oil.

Always a Hit!

I make a lot of dishes with this balsamic, and recently I made a Caprese salad only to realize I was out of Blackberry Ginger Balsamic! My husband commented that the Caprese didn’t taste right and was missing something. I will never run out again!
