Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar

$13.00

This balsamic vinegar has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor. It is fruitier than most balsamic vinegars. It is a wonderful way of adding aroma and taste to complement any dish. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutney’s and vegetables. Combine with Wild Mushroom & Sage to baste and inject into turkey. It is amazing drizzled on pork, chicken or fish. Mix equally with our French Roasted Walnut oil or Toasted Sesame oil and shake well, for a knock-out vinaigrette dressing.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Olive Oil Pairing Recommendations: Hojiblanca EVOO, Tuscan Herb, Cilantro & Roasted Onions, Wild Mushroom & Sage, Garlic, Blood Orange, Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Roasted Walnut, Roasted Sesame

So perfect!

My local oil and vinegar store closed so I took a chance on Olive Basket. Definitely not disappointed! The Red Apple Balsamic is so good! I even had to buy extra for my sister and my mom and now they are hooked!
I love to add it to pizza, avocado and fresh mozzarella and tomato salad and so much more.

Red Apple Balsamic a winner

We have been visiting oil shops for years now. I have my favorite among vinegars & oils and this Red Apple is at the top of the list. When paired with garlic or basil oil, pecan pieces & cranberries, spinach & shaved parm., any salad becomes so much more, add chicken too!

We try to encourage our grandchildren to have a broader palate, introducing them to these products has been a hit. Our 11 year old request these products on her Christmas list and wants to run to the Oil Shop whenever I go!

Add a couple drops to your water bottle.

Better Than Expected

I don’t care for red apples, but really liked this balsamic. Somehow it tasted just like a red delicious and also a fine aged traditional balsamic. Good balance of sweetness to acidity. Well done!

Absolutely delicious

It is lovey paired with Pork. Braise Apples with sugar, cinnamon and add Apple Balsamic Vinegar. Grill Pork Chops and put the Braised Apples on top. You will not regret it.
