Delicious peach flavor! Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic Vinegar undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of balsamic vinegar, but is not caramelized; therefore, it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, pair it with any of our Premium extra virgin olive oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Add to sparkling water for a refreshing thirst quencher.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Olive Oil Pairing Recommendations: Tuscan Herb, Wild Mushroom & Sage, Garlic, Eureka Lemon, Chipotle, Harissa, any Premium extra virgin olive oils

Must have in EVERY pantry!

I cannot believe I have gone almost 40 years without this in my life… it’s like I entered a whole new world. Y’ALL… go out and get you a bottle of this peach goodness and thank me later! The possibilities are endless… salads, meats, yogurts, kiefir, ice cream, soda fizzy water, plain water with lemon! Smoothies… I’m telling you! Get you some!!! I’m thrifty…… but this is worth every penny!!!!

Can You Say Delicious!

I love it! I have to buy extra bottles. When guests come to my home, they all want their own bottle. It rich in flavor. It makes a salad taste like a dessert.
