White Balsamic Vinegars are made from white trebbiano grape must and barrel aged using the traditional process, but they are not caramelized.  This results in a lighter, crisper vinegar with a touch of sweetness.

White Balsamics are great in salads and marinades, and can spruce up your favorite cocktail with some extra flavor.

Each sampler bottle is 60ml, or about 2 fluid ounces.
