One taste of this, and I was hooked! It makes the most wonderful (and simple) dip for baked breads and makes the most basic cooked pasta delectable. The shelf life is said to be a year, but I am confident I will have used all mine up long before then!

The only criticism I have is how the oil comes out too fast..I've used other olive oil bottles that have a thin nozzle and the oil comes out in a thin stream.....which I prefer.

Great little oil and vinegar shop.

Love this shop for the large selection of different oils and vinegars. Have a few favorite staples by now and they give small discount if you reuse their bottles.
