The 18 year aged balsamic from Olive Basket is now a staple in my kitchen. It adds just the right flavor to all my favorite dishes. I especially like it with a dip of mashed avocado, shredded Parmesan, olive oil, organic garlic powder and lemon pepper. The 18 year aged balsamic goes lavishly over the top. The mix is used to dip toasted, buttered sourdough with garlic cloves baked in. Amazing. The leftovers (not much) go to my Giant Schnauzer, Abby, who loves the balsamic too.
