Riseria Campanini Rice

Riseria Campanini is a family owned business located in northern Italy that has been operating for 3 generations where they source rice from the regions of Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia.  For real authentic Italian rice dishes, it doesn't get any better than Riseria Capmanini!

Two varieties available:

Vialone Nano is grown in the best areas in provinces Verona and Mantua and maintains its shape and texture after cooking. It absorbs seasonings well and is recommended for all types of risottos.   Excellent in thin soups, too!

Farro is a heartier grain with a nutty taste and a chewy texture.  Great for adding heartiness to soup, pilaf, risotto, stuffing, and grain salads.  It is a wheat-like grain that is rich in fiber, high in protein and vitamins A, B, C, and E, and low in gluten.
