This unique organic pasta is infused with natural cuttlefish ink and in Italian is referred to as Nero di Seppia. This gives the pasta a carbon-like color and makes it an amazing ingredient to create beautiful dishes which make an impressive presentation.

They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina to create many of their pastas with a unique taste and the aroma of wheat.
