Amazingly complex - makes a great addition to salsa, Ceviche, a Bloody Mary & shrimp on the grill. Delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert. Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegar. Sulfite-free!

Great for making hummus!

I like to make my own hummus. Even though the recipe doesn’t call for vinegar I like to add a little serrano honey vinegar and some Sicilian lemon balsamic along with lemon and jalapeño olive oils. It gives the hummus a nice boost.

Oh.My.Goodness. This is fantastic!

I was intrigued to try this Serrano Honey Vinegar and was not disappointed. It's really unique--as the description says, sweet, tart, and spicy. Perfect on green salads, and I often just drizzle it on cut up Campari tomatoes. So, so good. When I place my next order I plan to buy a bottle to give to my neighbor who is a beekeeper who also loves spicy foods--this will be right up his alley!

Love your products

I purchased a sample package for my husband and he loved it so that I just purchased another for my grandson for Christmas as he loves to cook also. I highly recommend these products and your customer service. Lovely company and I will definitely purchase their products again.
