Tasting Notes:

Our iconic Sicilian Nocellara del Belice from the Belice Valley displays a pleasant creamy mouth feel with sweet complex flavors punctuated by a peppery kick. This early harvest example was carefully crafted from pristine, green olives. Flavor characteristics include floral undertones and notes of creamy green almond. Lingering astringency and Szechuan peppercorn on the finish.

Product ships in dark glass bottles, clear glass used in the photo to show color.

Amazing Oil

This is one of the best olive oils I've ever tried. It's tasteful without being overly robust. There's a slight tingle in the back of my throat but not that burning sensation I find overwhelming. It pairs really well with the traditional basalmic vinegar I bought with it and makes a delicious salad dressing without any added ingredients.
