We like to make Thai pulled pork cooked with teriyaki sauce, peanut butter, etc. We rub kale with the lemongrass mint and lime olive oil, stir fry some veggies with the same vinegar and olive oil then pile the pork on top. It is delicious!
Great atmosphere in the shop. Interesting balsamic vinegar used for Thai salads and cocktails.

Would have wished for more lemongrass and less mint. But will use on a mango and jicama and cabbage slaw for some fresh tange!
