Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar


This delightful vinegar is spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fresh fruit or as a dessert topping. It has the unique taste of d’anjou pears and cinnamon, and it matches well with many of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing. Use as a glaze on seafood.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Good, but…

This balsamic is good, a bit sweet, but my main complaint is that it tastes more like apple cinnamon opposed to cinnamon pear. Enjoyable, but definitely missing the pear flavor.

Great for a salad!

This vinegar pairs well with kale, broccoli, pumpkin seeds and pear along with a good olive oil-a great salad to accompany a homemade soup this winter.
