Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar


This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rosé blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use it to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Excellent flavors, some suggestions for all products

I loved the dressing combining the Persian Lime olive oil with the Cranberry Pear vinegar for my aragula, cranberry, candied pistachio, goat cheese and roasted beet salad. I would like to know the ingredients, calories etc. for all products I buy from Olive Basket. Also, this is for all Olive Basket products-- I would like to get a free pourer with all my purchases. In general, the products are priced at a fairly high premium. If they were more affordable, I 'd be able to buy them more frequently. Also, it would be nice to be able to reuse or exchange bottles from an environmental perspective. So if one could just bring one's bottle back for it to be re-filled at a discount or rewards or some such program? Thanks

Perfect salad tonight!

I made a salad its greens from our garden, a pear, fresh raspberries, avocado and cashews with both raspberry balsamic and cranberry pear balsamic and a good local olive oil. It complimented our dinner very well!
