If you like your balsamic on the thick and sweet side, this is the product for you. It really clings to greens and holds its own against most any olive oil.
The Denissimo is better than the traditional 18-year balsamic, even though I never thought it would be possible!
It has a velvety mouthfeel and is rich and complex. I found it a little smoother with a bit less acidity than the traditional. I will continue to replenish this one!
