This is one of the best dark balsamic vinegars they have. Great on salads.
Now that it is summer we like to grill our veggies. I make a marinade with the fig balsamic, a little olive oil, chopped garlic, and pepper. It pairs well with zucchini, onions, mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli and asparagus.
I am addicted to this balsamic. I can’t even imagine someone not giving it 5 stars. I would give it 20 stars if I could! Love Love Love
I was not surprised that this was good, but surprised at HOW good! It’s delicious. Good with lemon, Harissa and Blood Orange.
Infused olive oils and flavored balsamic vinegars are a lot of flavor fun and are a huge return for the small amount used.
