Made with natural ingredients, our aged Fig balsamic vinegar is thick and ripe, bursting with fig flavor. It is one of our most popular sellers. Ideal for enhancing salads, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Or use a few drops to finish roasted poultry, steaks and game, or create the perfect reduction glaze for delicately flavored fish dishes. After dinner, drizzle it over your favorite fruit, cheese, or even ice cream.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

I love this Fig Balsamic

This is one of my favorite balsamic vinegars for all-round general use on salad and capreese. But it would be great on just about anything.

Use for marinade for grilled veggies

Now that it is summer we like to grill our veggies. I make a marinade with the fig balsamic, a little olive oil, chopped garlic, and pepper. It pairs well with zucchini, onions, mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli and asparagus.
