Strong Flavor, but Awesome for Garlic Lovers!

This oil has a very strong flavor, which can sem overpowering to some. However, diluting it with regular EVOO for cooking would be ideal and save you having to stock up on garlic bulbs! Perfect for adding a zesty garlic flavor to salads, soups, etc.
