I love adding vinegar to my carbonated waters. It makes an excellent and tasty drink especially for people like myself who don't like water. This is one of my favorite vinegars.
I use this balsamic and jalapeño olive oil to rub kale with and then add fresh pineapple. I use this as a base and then add sautéed veggies and Thai pulled pork or Peking chicken to the top. The hint of sweet with the spices is fabulous!
