Love it!

This is our first time trying the lemongrass mint balsamic vinegar and we love it! Our previous favorite had been the Sicilian lemon but we like the lemongrass mint even better. I think it’s our new favorite! We use it to drizzle on salads with one of the Olive Baskets wonderful olive oil.

Fabulous with Thai food

We like to make Thai pulled pork cooked with teriyaki sauce, peanut butter, etc. We rub kale with the lemongrass mint and lime olive oil, stir fry some veggies with the same vinegar and olive oil then pile the pork on top. It is delicious!

Heavy on the Mint

Would have wished for more lemongrass and less mint. But will use on a mango and jicama and cabbage slaw for some fresh tange!
