I used this balsamic last night along with lemon olive oil to rub kale with and then place baked fish on top. Yumm!
I could not make my summer dressings without this! This Sicilian Lemon Balsamic with Lemon Olive Oil and a little Harissa Olive Oil for a kick is over the top. Throw in a splash of dark chocolate balsamic vinegar and put it over a spinach and strawberry salad with blue cheese and bacon and it CANNOT be beat!!!! Will definitely keep a bottle of this at ALL times!

We are often out hiking on weekends returning late evening. This Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic & garlic oil is perfect to toss pasta in with a bit of Tuscany spices. Serve with any protein or maybe a crusty bread. Live simple on these evenings.
This is a staple in my kitchen. It adds just the right sweet/tart flavor to aiolis and dressings, and it’s a great drizzle for veggies as well. Makes wonderful glazed carrots!
