This is a sharp white balsamic vinegar and is infused with the exquisite flavor of oregano to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor. It’s a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils, and will create superb vinaigrettes. This balsamic can also stand alone on any salad. Use as a marinade for chicken or fish.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Perfect salad

Paired the oregano white balsamic with a spicy olive oil.i added garlic, peppers and avocado and it was perfect.

If you are a fan of flavor infused balsamic vinegar, you have to try the oregano flavored white balsamic. Great on a salad or fresh vegetables!

Delightful!

My daughter is not a fan of dark balsamic, so I ordered the oregano infused oil and the vinegar. And I made her dressing and she said it was the best salad dressing she’d ever had! You can really taste the oregano in both products. Highly recommend!
