Delicious peach flavor! Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic Vinegar undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of balsamic vinegar, but is not caramelized; therefore, it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, pair it with any of our Premium extra virgin olive oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Add to sparkling water for a refreshing thirst quencher.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Although I can't give a review on the Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, as it is a gift for someone, I can attest to the Herbs de' Provence olive oil. and the exceptional customer service we have consistently received. I am so happy The Olive Basket is moving to Downtown Athens! Yay!

Can You Say Delicious!

I love it! I have to buy extra bottles. When guests come to my home, they all want their own bottle. It rich in flavor. It makes a salad taste like a dessert.

As delicious as ripe peaches!

This is my favorite balsamic vinegar! I use it with Basil Olive Oil for the most delicious salad dressing and marinade. Also yummy on vanilla ice cream and fresh berries. If you love ripe peaches, this is a must have!
