This Persian Lime olive oil is a delightful seasonal staple. The first thing you notice is a fresh, zesty lime scent that’s natural and not overly sweet — it reads as bright and clean rather than perfumy. Flavor-wise it’s subtle and well balanced: the citrus complements rather than covers the olive oil base. I’ve used it on mixed salads, cucumber-and-dill salads, a refreshing watermelon-and-feta salad, and even drizzled a little over scrambled eggs. In every application it adds a lively, summery lift and makes simple ingredients feel special. If you’re looking for an oil to highlight spring and summer produce, this is a great choice.
Love the lime olive oil. So tasty and smooth
Really like flavor
A new favourite! We've used it on a green salad and even on a baked potato. I'll recommend this to friends.
The Olive Basket sales rep(sorry I forgot your name) recommended it for a salad my husband and I were concocting. We combined it with the Cranberry-Pear vinegarette for an aragula, goat cheese, roasted beets, candied pistachio, dried cranberry salad. It was a hit at our dinner party. My husband prefers the crispy store bought Fresh Gourmet beets instead of fresh roasted beets. I like it both ways. Excellent overall. Thanks
