The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any E.V.O.O., as well as with our flavored oils.

This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavor and 6% acidity

Love this stuff!

We love this vinegar at our house for salads, fruit and whatever we come up with! It's delicious, and has the perfect sweetness!

How have I gone this long without enjoying white balsamic vinegar!

I have long been a fan of traditional 18 year dark balsamic vinegar. So much so to the extent that I didn’t try others. But I decided to give the A premium white balsamic vinegar a try and my mind was blown! Now I’ll be using them equally. I love them both! Highly recommend if you’ve never tried white balsamic vinegar.
