Both sour and tart, our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar is the result of adding natural essence of strawberry to our balsamic vinegar. Use as a vinegar, or try as a condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medley’s or super premium vanilla ice cream. Reduce to use as a syrup on waffles, pancakes or French toast.
Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
