Sultry, fragrant Tahitian vanilla beans are married with our aged balsamic vinegar. The resulting collaboration is as intoxicating as it is exotic. Try it with fresh strawberries, ice cream or drizzled over a warm brownie. Combine with Chipotle or Harissa as a marinade for seafood before grilling.

Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

Just delicious

I tend to like vanilla and balsamic vinegar is always a favorite, and the two together are sublime. I added some olive oil and drizzled it all over vanilla ice cream

Best Vanilla Balsamic I’ve ever had. Amazing flavor, great as a balsamic vinegar added to a dressing, or drizzled over steamed veggies, and sprinkled with parmesan. Absolutely delicious.

Delicious!!

This is the most delicious vinegar!! So good I look for ways to use it! My favorite is cottage cheese with avocado and some of this vinegar on top! Seriously delicious!!
