This has now become my favorite oil to use in all my cooking along with the garlic oil.
The olive wood smoked oil is really good! I use it on all our steaks and chicken.
I love all things smoky in food. Years ago, I came across smoked olive oil and thoroughly enjoyed using it until I couldn't find it locally anymore. This olive oil is pretty dang close to what I had, but the smoky level isn't quite as strong as I was hoping. It's still delicious (and well worth trying!), but I wouldn't be upset if the smoke was more pronounced.
