Pork Ribs Marinade
Ingredients:
1 cup Red Apple or Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 Tsp cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well in a blender until smooth. Marinate ribs for about 3 hours prior to cooking using your preferred method. Remember, low and slow for ribs!
This will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
